That's why I've created the 8SAFE label.
The label identifies a recipe as being free from gluten and the eight most common food allergens in the United States: milk, soy, egg, peanut, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat (& gluten too). I've done the homework so you don't have to — the label makes it easy to just pick a recipe that'll make your belly happy!
