It's time to dust off your spiralizer!
This cookbook will give your spiralizer a workout — that's for sure! It's a great reference for creating dishes that make the most of this unique kitchen gadget, and it's organized really well too. I love that the chapters are broken down according to which fruit or vegetable is highlighted in the recipe — which is really great when you have a lonely head of cabbage in the fridge that you don't know what to do with! There's also a handy chart in the back of the book that lists the recipes by categories, such as gluten-free, paleo, vegan, etc.
