The answer is no.
Not everyone gets bloated after eating a meal. Or gets headaches three times a week. Or is so damn tired all the time.
No, it isn't normal for your joints to hurt. Or to be crabby and irritable constantly. Unfortunately, that's just what has become 'normal' for you.
But the answer may be as simple as what you eat.
Seriously. Your symptoms may be caused by sensitivities to certain foods that are included in your current diet. If your body is exposed repeatedly to a food that it has become sensitive to — you could be living in a constant state of inflammation that's causing your symptoms.
So how do you find out if you're sensitive to certain foods?
You can join my 8SAFE Program this January and learn how to recognize when a food is bad for you. See, it's important to understand that even healthy foods can be wrong for you as an individual. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that every superfood out there is good for you when, in fact, it might not be. But no worries — in my 8SAFE Program I'll teach you how to test any food for sensitivities — starting with gluten and the top eight food allergens.
Now, I can't promise you that my program is a panacea for every illness and symptom out there. But what I can promise is that you'll learn skills that will serve you throughout your life and empower you to take charge of your own health.
It may be easy to attribute your symptoms to stress and being overworked, or even dismiss them as a part of getting older. But what if you could regain your vitality by simply removing one food from your diet? Isn't it worth finding out?
